![]() The heads are lighter than I was expecting. The heads are very similar in size to your ALP/Escort/Blinder heads. The system has ports for up to 4 heads and TMG is working on splitters for each port to allow for two heads plugged in per port for a maximum of 8 heads total. The DIP switches allow you to have the laser jammers plugged into ports 3 and 4 be set up as either front or rear laser jammer heads. You’ll see ports for power (labeled PWR), 4 laser jammer heads (TP1-TP4), and a radar detector (RDT). There’s currently an Android app available that lets you control the jammer, update the jammer, and hear the alerts. Inside the CPU is the speaker as well as a bluetooth module to pair with your phone. (I like that the ALP includes a remote control pad to disable the jammers while still be notified of when you continue to be shot and when the officer stops targeting you.) ![]() There’s no remote control pad like the ALP so you’ll either need to install the CPU in your cabin within reach or install your own kill switch that cuts power to the system altogether and hide the CPU somewhere in your vehicle. The CPU has ports for up to 4 heads, but they’re working on splitters for the ports so you can do 2 heads per port for a grand total of up to 8 heads. There’s LED’s for arrows on the CPU (but you may or may not be able to see them depending on how you mount the CPU), volume up and down buttons on one side, and a power cable port and USB port on the other. It’s also lighter than I was anticipating. ![]() It’s a little bigger than a deck of playing cards. The CPU is smaller than I was expecting after seeing it in photos. ![]() The complete unboxing video is available to my Patreon supporters. (Though they may wind up being renamed once they’re officially released.) What’s special about them is that they’re showing tremendous potential so far in development including being able to jam the latest DragonEye guns while costing a fair amount less than the AntiLaser Priority. There’s a new set of laser jammers coming out soon called the TMG Alpha-15. ![]()
